These roles have given her a broad understanding of the industry, from salon services and professional nail products to business ownership and education.

For more than 20 years, Debi has dedicated herself to educating and mentoring nail technicians. She shares her knowledge and experience with students while emphasizing the importance of technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and preparation for a career in the nail industry.

Today, as the owner of Westland Beauty Academy, Debi continues to be actively involved in nail education. Her commitment to teaching reflects her belief that quality education can open doors and help people build rewarding careers.

A strong foundation in nail education comes from understanding both the techniques being taught and the professional environment in which those skills are used. Debi's background in salon ownership and nail product distribution gives her experience beyond the classroom.
